PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external corner structure that ensures reliable and solid fitting when a decorative cap is fitted with a back patten, for forming an external corner part by abutting to edge parts of dry wall materials used with a building or a structure in a longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A back batten B comprises a horizontal part 1 and a fitting part 4. The horizontal part 1 has a horizontally planar fixing piece 2 arranged at roughly 90 degrees. The fitting part 4 comprises a long member that includes two guide pieces 5 formed by bending an almost central portion of the horizontal part 1 upward, a fitting groove 6 having an almost U-shaped cross-section formed by bending a tip of both guide pieces 5 to an inner side and then bending the tip inward, and a fitting claw 7 protruding inside the fitting groove 6. A decorative cap C is formed by a horizontally planar decorative surface part 8, and an engaging part 9 protruding in the longitudinal direction at a center on a rear surface of the decorative surface part 8 that is arranged roughly at 90 degrees. The engaging part 9 includes a rising part 10 formed by bending at 45 degrees a position at a central part on the rear surface of the decorative surface part 8 that may be protruded at an appropriate interval, and an engaging piece protruded outward near a tip of the rising part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建築、構築物に用いる乾式壁材の長手方向の端部を付き合わせてできる出隅部が、出隅を形成する化粧キャップを敷目板に嵌合する際に、嵌合が確実かつ強固になる出隅部構造を提供する。【解決手段】敷目板Ｂは水平部１と嵌合部４とから形成し、水平部１は水平面状の固定片２を略９０度に形成し、嵌合部４は水平部１のほぼ中央部分を上方に屈曲して形成した２本のガイド片５と、両ガイド片５の先端を内側方に屈曲し先端を内方に屈曲して断面略Ｕ字状の嵌合溝６を形成し、嵌合溝６内に突出した嵌合爪７とから形成した長尺状部材からなり、化粧キャップＣは水平面状の化粧面部８と、化粧面部８を略９０度に形成し、裏面中央に長手方向に突出した係合部９から形成し、係合部９は化粧面部８の裏面中央に突出可能な位置を４５度で適宜間隔で屈曲した立ち上がり部１０と、立ち上がり部１０の先端近傍に外側方に突出して形成した係合片から形成する。【選択図】図２
