LATCH LOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch lock which makes moving speed reduce at the time of returning of a latch with a simple composition, and is difficult to cause sound at the time of opening and closing of a door.SOLUTION: A latch lock has a latch unit 4 which is installed to a lock box. The latch unit 4 has a latch 6 and a latch case 7. The latch 6 can move and slide between a protrusion position and a recess position, and, in the latch case 7, a spring 9 and a push member 8 which pushes the latch 6 as being pushed in the protrusion direction of the latch 6 by the spring 9 are provided. Further, the latch unit 4 has a moving speed inhibition mechanism 55. The moving speed inhibition mechanism 55 has a pinion 38 and a rotary dumper 33 which inhibits rotation speed of the pinion 38, and a straight rack tooth row 41a. The pinion 38 is provided to the push member 8. The rack tooth row 41a is provided to the latch case 7. The pinion 38 is engaged with the rack tooth row 41a and can move relatively along the rack tooth row 41a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】簡単な構成でラッチの復帰時の移動速度を低減させ、扉の開閉時に音が生じにくいラッチ錠を提供することである。【解決手段】錠箱に装着されるラッチユニット4を有し、ラッチユニット4は、ラッチ6とラッチケース7を有し、ラッチ6は、突出位置と退入位置の間をスライド移動可能であり、ラッチケース7内には、ばね9と、ばね9によってラッチ6の突出方向に付勢されてラッチ6を押圧する押圧部材8が設けてある。また、ラッチユニット4は、移動速度抑制機構55を有し、移動速度抑制機構55は、ピニオン38と、ピニオン38の回転速度を抑制するロータリダンパ33と、直線状のラック歯列41aを有し、押圧部材8にピニオン38が設けられており、ラッチケース7にラック歯列41aが設けられており、ピニオン38がラック歯列41aと係合しラック歯列41aに沿って相対移動可能である。【選択図】図11
