FRAME MEMBER, FRAME FOR INSTALLATION OF BATHROOM UNIT, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FRAME MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method to manufacture a frame member by reworking a square steel pipe to a frame member at low cost, providing: a frame member which enables adjusting the hight of the frame by attaching a bolt with sufficient strength by reworking the shape of the square steel pipe without welding or screwing another member such as a steel plate; and a bathroom unit installation frame.SOLUTION: The bathroom unit installation frame grounding member is provided by forming a hight adjustable frame member which comprises a steel pipe for the frame having a coaxial cylindrical part provided to a female thread 13 at the inside surface, and a bolt B having a male thread being able to engage with the female thread, while the cylindrical part is provided at an apex of the substantially conical part of a square steel pipe whose end is formed in the substantially conical shape by a manufacturing method of the frame member 1 in the following process, a first process to cut a square steel pipe 10 by a required length, a second process to form one end of the cut square steel pipe to a cylindrical shape, a third process to form by compressing the cylindrical part to the substantially conical part having a coaxial cylindrical part 12 at the apex, and a fourth process to form the female thread at the inside surface of the cylindrical part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】鋼板のような別体の部材を溶接又はネジ留めすることなく、角鋼管自体の形状の加工により、ボルトを十分な強度で取り付けてフレームの高さ調節を可能とするフレーム部材及び浴室ユニット設置用フレームを提供するとともに、低コストで角鋼管をフレーム材へと加工してフレーム部材を製造する製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】角鋼管10を所要の長さに切断する第一工程と、切断した角鋼管の一端を円筒形に成形する第二工程と、円筒形部分を圧搾して頂点に同軸の円筒部12を有する略円錐形に成形する第三工程と、円筒部の内面に雌ネジを形成する第四工程とから成るフレーム材1の製造方法により、角鋼管の一端が略円錐形状を成し、略円錐形の頂点には内面に雌ネジ13を設けた同軸の円筒部を有するフレーム用鋼管と、雌ネジに螺合可能な雄ネジを有するボルトBとから成る、高さ調整可能なフレーム部材を成形し、浴室ユニット設置用フレーム接地用部材。【選択図】図5
