ASEISMIC RETROFIT METHOD AND BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic retrofit method capable of reducing the construction period at a low cost compared to the case where a building is entirely added with a reinforcement structure.SOLUTION: The aseismic retrofit method for an existing building, includes a step of installing an isolation structure body, made by vertically stacking a plurality of plate materials to be swingably in a horizontal direction with respect to each other, over a specific floor of an existing building to thereby support an upper part higher than the specific floor by the isolation structure body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 建物全体に補強構造を増設する場合と比べて低コストで工期も短くできる耐震補強方法を提供する。【解決手段】 相互に対して水平方向に揺動可能に複数のプレート材を上下に積層した免震構造体を既存建物の特定フロアに設置し、前記特定フロアよりも上層部分を前記免震構造体で支持することを特徴とする既存建物の耐震補強方法とした。【選択図】 図1
