FIRE PREVENTION AND VIBRATION DAMPING DEVICE FOR HIGH-RISE BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire prevention and vibration damping device for a high-rise building capable of exhibiting a fire prevention function and a vibration damping function.SOLUTION: A fire prevention and vibration damping device 1 for an apartment house (high-rise building) 10 is configured by installing a water tank 2 on a roof floor of the apartment house (high-rise building) 10, and arranging around the water tank 2 a folded fire prevention sheet 3 hanging down along an outer wall of the apartment house (high-rise building) 10 by its own weight of water supplied from the water tank 2 when a disaster occurs. Also, a plurality of water passages 7 along the hanging down direction of the fire prevention sheet 3 are formed within the fire prevention sheet 3 with appropriate intervals in a crosswise direction. Furthermore, a wind-up rope 8 is inserted into each of the water passages 7 within the fire prevention sheet 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】防火機能と免振機能を発揮することができる高層建物の防火・免振装置を提供すること。【解決手段】マンション（高層建物）１０の屋上に水タンク２を設置するとともに、該水タンク２の周囲に、災害発生時に前記水タンク２から供給される水の自重によって前記マンション（高層建物）１０の外壁に沿って垂れ下がる防火シート３を折り畳んだ状態で配置してマンション（高層建物）１０の防火・免振装置１を構成する。又、前記防火シート３に、その垂れ下がり方向に沿う複数の水通路７を幅方向に適当な間隔で形成する。更に、前記防火シート３の前記各水通路７に巻き上げロープ８それぞれ通す。【選択図】図１
