DOOR OPENING DEGREE FIXING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening degree fixing device capable of restraining a force for fixing an opening degree of a door from being affected by an input in operation to fix the opening degree of a door.SOLUTION: A door opening degree fixing device includes a check link 11 which has a stopper portion 12 and is connected in a rotatable manner to a body of a vehicle, a door check 16 which is fixed to a door and restricts the door with a fully opening degree by the stopper portion 12 in contact therewith due to an opening operation, an opening degree adjusting member 17 which is provided at the door so as to movable between a disengaging position for releasing the movement locus of the stopper portion 12 due to the opening operation of the door and an engagement position for shielding the movement locus, and when it is in the engagement position, restricts the door with a half opening degree by the stopper portion 12 in contact therewith due to the opening operation of the door, a hooking member 20 which is provided at the door in a rotatable manner between a locking position where the stopper portion 12 is locked so as to restrict the closing operation in such a state where the door is restricted with the half opening degree and a non-locking position where the locking of the stopper portion 12 is released, and a switching lever which is linked to the hooking member 20 to rotate the hooking member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ドアの開度を固定すべく操作するときの入力にドアの開度を固定する力が影響されることを抑制できるドア開度固定装置を提供する。【解決手段】ストッパ部１２を有し車両のボデーに回動自在に連結されるチェックリンク１１と、ドアに固定され開作動に伴いストッパ部１２が当接することでドアを全開開度で規制するドアチェック１６と、ドアの開作動に伴うストッパ部１２の移動軌跡を開放する離脱位置及び該移動軌跡を遮る係合位置の間を移動可能にドアに設けられ係合位置にあるときにドアの開作動に伴いストッパ部１２が当接することでドアを半開開度で規制する開度調整用部材１７と、ドアが半開開度で規制される状態で閉作動を規制するようにストッパ部１２を掛止する掛止位置及びストッパ部１２の掛止を解放する非掛止位置の間を回動可能にドアに設けられた掛止部材２０と、掛止部材２０に連係され該掛止部材２０を回動させる切替レバーと、を備える。【選択図】図２
