HORIZONTAL RESTRAINT STRUCTURE OF BUILDING AND HORIZONTAL RESTRAINT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal restraint structure of a building and a horizontal restraint method which can securely allow movement of a building in the vertical direction while more surely restraining the horizontal movement of the building.SOLUTION: A horizontal restraint structure of a building and a horizontal restraint method in which the distal end portion 10a of the constraining slab 10 protruding from the retaining wall 6 side of the outer periphery of the building 1 subject to seismic isolation is brought into contact with the contacted portion 2a on the building 1 side or the distal end portion of the constraining slab 10 projecting from the building 1 side is brought into contact with the contacted portion on the retaining wall 6 side for restraining horizontal movement of building 1, which comprise a connecting reinforcing bar 12 connecting the distal end portion 10a of the constraining slab 10 and the contacted portion 2a, and a horizontal restraining structure in which a bending movement permissible space 15 allowing a bending movement of the connecting reinforcing bar 12 along the vertical direction is formed in the concrete portion around the connecting reinforcing bar 12, and the horizontal restraint method in which a bending movement allowance space 15 that allows bending movement of the connecting reinforcing bar 12 along the vertical direction is formed in the concrete portion around the connecting reinforcing bar 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物の水平移動をより確実に拘束しながら、建物の鉛直方向への移動を確実に許容し得る建物の水平拘束構造及び水平拘束方法の提供。【解決手段】 免震化対象の建物1の外周の擁壁6側から突出する拘束スラブ10の先端部10aを建物1側の被当接部2aに、又は、建物1側から突出する拘束スラブ10の先端部を擁壁6側の被当接部に当接させて、建物1の水平移動を拘束する建物の水平拘束構造及び水平拘束方法で、拘束スラブ10の先端部10aと被当接部2aとを接続する接続鉄筋12を備え、接続鉄筋12の周囲のコンクリート部分に鉛直方向に沿った接続鉄筋12の屈曲移動を許容する屈曲移動許容空間15が形成されている水平拘束構造、及び、接続鉄筋12の周囲のコンクリート部分に鉛直方向に沿った接続鉄筋12の屈曲移動を許容する屈曲移動許容空間15を形成する水平拘束方法。【選択図】図2
