PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing artificial stone using mud such as dredge soil, the method being capable of increasing production efficiency by simplifying production processes and achieving predetermined compression strength.SOLUTION: A method of producing artificial stone includes the steps of: mixing at least steel slag and a binder to mud S02; omitting pouring the mixed material after mixing into a mold frame, and scooping the mixed material with a bucket of a heavy machine S05; and curing the scooped mixed material for a predetermined period S06. The method can produce many pieces of artificial stone by repeating the step of scooping such that one piece of artificial stone is obtained by one scoop.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作業工程を簡略化して製造効率を向上させ、また、所定の圧縮強度を得ることのできる浚渫土等の泥土を用いた人工石の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】この人工石の製造方法は、泥土に少なくとも製鋼スラグと結合材とを混合する工程Ｓ０２と、混合後の混合材料の型枠内への打設を省略し、混合材料を重機のバケットで掬い取る工程Ｓ０５と、掬い取られた混合材料を所定期間養生する工程Ｓ０６と、を含み、１回の掬い取りにより１個の人工石を得るようにして掬い取り工程を繰り返すことで多数の人工石を製造する。【選択図】図１
