MOUNTING FITTING FOR TEMPORARY SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting fitting for mounting a mounting object such as a rail for an openable sheet structure to the scaffold post of a temporary scaffold, widely usable for any type of the scaffold post, and appropriately mountable without impairing the function of the mounting object, even when twisting or deformation is caused to the scaffold post.SOLUTION: A mounting fitting 1 for a temporary scaffold comprises: a clamp 2 having a first clamping member 21, a second clamping member 22, a swing bolt 23 and a nut 24 and mountable at an optional height position of a scaffold post P; a mounting base 3 mountable to a mounting object R by a predetermined mounting means and provided with a connection base 30 with the clamp at a position not interfering with the mounting object and the mounting means; a connection shaft 4 allowing loose penetration of the first clamping member and the connection base and having penetration stop parts 411, 42, 43 at both ends; and an elastic member 5 set between the first clamping member and the connection base so as to surround the connection shaft and energizing the clamp and the mounting base in the direction of separating from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】仮設足場の足場支柱に開閉式シート構造用レール等の被取付体を取り付けるための取付金具として、足場支柱の種類を問わずに広く使用することが可能であり、足場支柱にねじれや変形が生じている場合でも、被取付体をその機能が損なわれないように適切に取り付けることが可能なものを提供する。【解決手段】仮設足場用取付金具1は、第1クランプ部材21、第２クランプ部材22、揺動ボルト23およびナット24を有しかつ足場支柱Pの任意の高さ位置に取付可能なクランプ2と、被取付体Rに所定の取付手段によって取付可能となされかつ被取付体および取付手段と干渉しない箇所にクランプとの連結基部30が設けられている取付ベース3と、第１クランプ部材および連結基部を緩く貫通させられかつ両端に抜け止め部411,42,43を有している連結軸4と、第１クランプ部材と連結基部との間に連結軸を囲むように介在されてクランプおよび取付ベースを互いに離れる方向に付勢する弾性部材5とを備えている。【選択図】図１
