PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric lock device and a sliding door that can perform locking, unlocking and kick-out operations with a simple operation.SOLUTION: An electric lock device includes an electric operation unit 50, a lock, a kick-out mechanism, and an interlocking bar connecting these elements. The electric operation unit 50 includes an operation unit 51, an electric motor 52, a control unit 54, and a transmission mechanism 56. The control unit 54 is configured to cause the interlocking bar to move from a lock position to a kick-out position by passing through an unlock position on the basis of an unlock operation of the operation unit 51, and thereafter, to execute a driving control of the electric motor 52 that causes a slider 55 to move from the kick-out position to the unlock position, and concurrently to execute the driving control of the electric motor 52 that causes the interlocking bar to move from the unlock position to the lock position on the basis of a lock operation of the operation unit 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
