REFILLING METHOD OF PC GROUT AND MIXING-KNEADING METHOD OF PC GROUT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling method of PC grout and a mixing-kneading method of PC grout capable of preventing a refilling failure of PC grout to be refilled in a sheath pipe arranged in the inside of an existing PC structure and extending a serviceable life.SOLUTION: A refilling method of PC grout 5 to refill the PC grout 5 into a sheath pipe 2 arranged in the inside of a main girder 71 of a bridge 7 comprises: a primary mixing-kneading process to mix-knead the powdered PC grout 5 with primary water; a secondary mixing-kneading process to add secondary water obtained by removing the primary water from a volume of total mixing water to the mix-kneaded PC grout 5 in the primary mixing-kneading process and to mix-knead them; and a refilling process to refill the mix-kneaded PC grout 5 in the secondary mixing-kneading process to the sheath pipe 2 arranged in the inside of the main girder 71 of the bridge 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】既設PC構造物の内部に設けられたシース管に再注入するPCグラウトの充填不良を防止することが可能となり、可使時間を延長することが可能となるPCグラウトの再注入工法及びPCグラウトの練混方法を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁7の主桁71の内部に設けられたシース管2にPCグラウト5を再注入するPCグラウトの再注入工法であって、粉体のPCグラウト5と一次水とを練り混ぜる一次練混工程と、一次練混工程により練り混ぜたPCグラウト5に、全配合水量から前記一次水を除いた二次水を加えて、これらを練り混ぜる二次練混工程と、二次練混工程により練り混ぜたPCグラウト5を橋梁7の主桁71の内部に設けられたシース管2に再注入する再注入工程とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
