WALL SYSTEM CAPABLE OF ADJUSTING OVERALL HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress energy consumption to maintain a room temperature at a generally constant temperature in a building where the room temperature is maintained at the generally constant temperature throughout the year.SOLUTION: A wall system 1 capable of adjusting overall heat transfer coefficient which is used on an outer wall H of a building in which a room temperature is maintained generally at a constant temperature is provided with: an in-wall pipe line 10 buried in the outer wall H; a feeding pipe 20 connected to the in-wall pipe line 10 to feed air or water to the in-wall pipe line 10; an exhaust pipe 30 connected to the in-wall pipe line 10 to exhaust air or water out of the in-wall pipe line 10; a pump 60 supplying either of air or water to the feeding pipe 20; an ambient temperature sensor 91 detecting an ambient temperature; and a control section 90 controlling the pump 60 on the basis of the room temperature or the ambient temperature. The control section 90 supplies water to the in-wall pipe line 10 when the ambient temperature is lower than the room temperature and a difference between the room temperature and the ambient temperature is equal to or greater than a difference in a temperature at which liquid is to be exchanged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】通年、室温が略一定温度に維持される建物において、室温を略一定温度に維持するためのエネルギー消費を抑制することである。【解決手段】室温が略一定温度に維持される建物の外壁Hに用いられる熱通過率調整壁システム1であって、外壁Hに埋設された壁内配管10と、壁内配管10に接続され、壁内配管10に空気または水を送入する送入管20と、壁内配管10に接続され、壁内配管10から空気または水を排出する排出管30と、送入管20に空気または水のいずれかを供給するポンプ60と、外気温を検出する外気温センサ91と、室温及び外気温に基づいてポンプ40を制御する制御部90とを備え、制御部90は、外気温が室温よりも低く、かつ、室温と外気温との温度差が液体入換温度差以上である場合、壁内配管10に水を供給する。【選択図】図1
