INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF UNDERGROUND TANK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which it is possible to install relatively easily a cylindrical tank 1 underground in an upright and stable state.SOLUTION: In a condition where a cylindrical tank 1 is installed uprightly using a support 3 within a storage part 2 so that it is hung, lateral shaking of the tank 1 is restricted by an anti-shaking member 4. As overhang parts 10A, 10B and receptacles 20A, 20B of the support 3 are disposed around the shoulder part of the tank 1, the installation and connection works of them can be performed easily. When a ring-shaped band 41 is attached to a band mounting part 43 of the anti-shaking member 4 with bolts 44 and nuts 45, if the bolt insertion hole of the band mounting part 43 and the bolt insertion hole of the ring-shaped band 41 are misaligned, the problem can be handled in an easy way of only adjusting the position of the bolt insertion hole of the ring-shaped band 41. Thus, the installation work can be performed easily compared with a case shown in Fig. 18 though it needs to be performed after the tank 1 is carried into the storage part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地中に筒形のタンク1を縦置きに安定した状態で比較的簡易に設置可能とする構造の提供。【解決手段】格納部2内に支持部3により筒形のタンク1を吊り下げるようにして縦置きに設置したうえで、振れ止め部材4によりタンク1の横揺れを規制するようにしている。支持部3の張り出し部10A,10Bと受け部20A,20Bとはタンク1の肩部付近に配置されているので、それらの設置作業ならびに連結作業が簡易に行える。振れ止め部材4のバンド取付部43に輪状バンド41をボルト44およびナット45で取り付ける際に、バンド取付部43のボルト挿通孔および輪状バンド41のボルト挿通孔が位置ずれている場合、輪状バンド41のボルト挿通孔の位置を調整するだけの簡易な方法で対処できる。そのため、前記取り付け作業は格納部2内にタンク1を運び入れた後で行う必要があるものの、図18に示す場合に比べて簡易に行える。【選択図】図1
