PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a wall material and a wall structure capable of suppressing movement of rainwater and the like reaching a bearing piece by traveling along the wall material to a structure side via an opening.SOLUTION: A fixture 10 includes: a fixing portion 15 which can be fixed to a structure 8; a bearing piece 13 which is provided so as to protrude from the fixing portion 15 and has a first surface 13U and a second surface 13D formed thereon; first engaging pieces 11L, 11R which extend from a distal end portion 13A of the bearing piece 13 to the first surface 13U side of the bearing piece 13; a second engaging piece 12 which extends from the distal end portion 13A of the bearing piece 13 to the second surface 13D side of the bearing piece 13; an opening 19 which opens such that at least a part of a peripheral edge portion 19E1 is located in the bearing piece 13 in at least one of the bearing piece 13 and the fixing portion 15; a surrounding portion 50 which is provided on the first surface 13U side of the bearing piece 13 and is provided projectedly so as to surround the peripheral edge portion 19E1 located in the bearing piece 13 of the opening 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
