VIBRATION SUPPRESSION APPARATUS OF STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppression apparatus of a structure, which can appropriately control the inertia mass of a variable rotary inertia mass damper that constitutes an additional vibration system according to a vibration inputting to the structure at each time, thereby appropriately suppressing the vibration of the structure by the additional vibration system.SOLUTION: In a vibration suppression apparatus of a structure, displacement of the structure transmitted through an elastic member accompanying vibration of the structure is transformed to a rotational motion of rotary mass, and a variable rotary inertia mass damper is configured to change inertia mass generated accompanying a rotation of the rotary mass. A dominant frequency fcp is acquired which is the frequency of a predominated frequency component among vibration inputted to the structure (step 2). The inertia mass of the variable rotary inertia mass damper is controlled such that a characteristic frequency of an additional vibration system synchronizes to an adjacent characteristic frequency fn as the characteristic frequency closest to an acquired dominant frequency fcp among a plurality of predefined characteristic frequencies of the structure during the vibration of the structure (steps 3 to 7).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】構造物に入力されるそのときどきの振動に応じて付加振動系を構成する可変回転慣性質量ダンパの慣性質量を適切に制御でき、それにより、構造物の振動を付加振動系で適切に抑制することができる構造物の振動抑制装置を提供する。【解決手段】構造物の振動に伴って弾性部材を介して伝達された構造物の変位が回転マスの回転運動に変換されるとともに、可変回転慣性質量ダンパが、回転マスの回転に伴って発生する慣性質量を変更可能に構成されている。構造物に入力される振動のうちの卓越する周波数成分の周波数である卓越周波数fcpが取得される(ステップ2)とともに、構造物の振動中、構造物の所定の複数の固有振動数のうちの、取得された卓越周波数fcpに最も近い固有振動数である近傍固有振動数fnに、付加振動系の固有振動数が同調するように、可変回転慣性質量ダンパの慣性質量が制御される(ステップ3〜7)。【選択図】図8
