PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to fully demonstrate a drainage function and make sure that moisture discharged from the ground surface does not flow into the ground surface again.SOLUTION: A pressure plate 10 mounted at a base end of a rod reinforcing member at least a tip of which is inserted into the ground comprises a back face 10b facing the ground surface of the ground, a front face 10a opposite to the back face 10b and a plurality of horizontal beam sections 12 extending in a horizontal direction. When the back face 10b and the front face 10a extend in the vertical direction, each of the horizontal beam sections 12 is inclined with respect to the back face 10b and the front face 10a so that an end on the front face 10a side is lower than an end on the back face 10b side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
