PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and connection method for mullions to be vertically connected which can effectively improve constraints in layouts and designs caused by lifting and connecting mullions while improving workability.SOLUTION: A mullion 10 vertically connected is provided with: an upper mullion 10a (a mullion body) of which an end on at least one side in a longitudinal direction of the mullion 10 is opened; and a joint sleeve 50 supported by an inner side of the upper mullion 10a movably between a connecting position in which the joint sleeve projects from the opening of the upper mullion 10a and enters an opening of a lower mullion 10b to be connected and a waiting position in which the joint sleeve enters in an inner side of the upper mullion 10a from the connecting position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
