INSTALLATION METHOD OF PRECAST MEMBER, TEMPORARY PRESSER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a precast member or the like, capable of easily installing the precast member.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 3 which is fixed to a ground covering part 2 of a floor slab of a highway bridge and the like is passed through a hole 111 on an undersurface of a recess 11 of a precast member 10, and the precast member 10 is arranged on the ground covering part 2 via a frame body 4 with elasticity. Then, a temporary presser 20 is arranged on the undersurface of the recess 11 of the precast member 10 through the anchor bolt 3 into its opening 211. Then, on the top surface of the temporary presser 20, a nut 24 is fastened through a washer 23 to the anchor bolt 3. Then, a solidification material is injected into the hole 111 of the precast member 10 to fill the space between the precast member 10 and the ground covering part 2 with the solidification material. A space 30 opened to the lateral side is formed between the hole 111 of the precast member 10 and the top surface of the temporary presser 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】プレキャスト部材を容易に設置できるプレキャスト部材の設置方法等を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャスト部材１０の凹部１１の下面の孔１１１に道路橋等の床版の地覆部２に固定されたアンカーボルト３を通し、プレキャスト部材１０を弾性を有する枠体４を介して地覆部２上に配置する。次に、仮押さえ具２０を、その開口２１１にアンカーボルト３を通してプレキャスト部材１０の凹部１１の下面の上に配置する。そして、仮押さえ具２０の上面において、アンカーボルト３に座金２３を通してナット２４を締込む。その後、プレキャスト部材１０の孔１１１に固化材を注入し、プレキャスト部材１０と地覆部２の間に固化材を充填する。プレキャスト部材１０の孔１１１と仮押さえ具２０の上面の間には、側方に開いた空間３０が形成されている。【選択図】図５
