INSTALLATION METHOD OF PRECAST MEMBER, TEMPORARY PRESSER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a precast member or the like, capable of easily installing the precast member.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 3 which is fixed to a ground covering part 2 of a floor slab of a highway bridge and the like is passed through a hole 111 on an undersurface of a recess 11 of a precast member 10, and the precast member 10 is arranged on the ground covering part 2 via a frame body 4 with elasticity. Then, a temporary presser 20 is arranged on the undersurface of the recess 11 of the precast member 10 through the anchor bolt 3 into its opening 211. Then, on the top surface of the temporary presser 20, a nut 24 is fastened through a washer 23 to the anchor bolt 3. Then, a solidification material is injected into the hole 111 of the precast member 10 to fill the space between the precast member 10 and the ground covering part 2 with the solidification material. A space 30 opened to the lateral side is formed between the hole 111 of the precast member 10 and the top surface of the temporary presser 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】プレキャスト部材を容易に設置できるプレキャスト部材の設置方法等を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャスト部材10の凹部11の下面の孔111に道路橋等の床版の地覆部2に固定されたアンカーボルト3を通し、プレキャスト部材10を弾性を有する枠体4を介して地覆部2上に配置する。次に、仮押さえ具20を、その開口211にアンカーボルト3を通してプレキャスト部材10の凹部11の下面の上に配置する。そして、仮押さえ具20の上面において、アンカーボルト3に座金23を通してナット24を締込む。その後、プレキャスト部材10の孔111に固化材を注入し、プレキャスト部材10と地覆部2の間に固化材を充填する。プレキャスト部材10の孔111と仮押さえ具20の上面の間には、側方に開いた空間30が形成されている。【選択図】図5
