PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structures for damping transmitted vibration.SOLUTION: A base member 10 includes a first attachment part 16 to which a first member 30 is attached, and a second attachment part 18 that is disposed on an opposite side of the first attachment part 16 from the side on which the first member is attached, and to which a second member 28 is attached. Further, the base member 10 includes a connecting part 20 which connects the first attachment part 16 and the second attachment part 18, and a damping sheet 14 which is laminated in at least any one of the first attachment part 16, the second attachment part 18 and the connecting part 20 and damps the transmitted vibration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
