POSITION ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM, DOOR LATCH RECEIVING UNIT AND HINGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjustment mechanism which is configured without requiring fixing means such as screws for fixing an adjustment piece after the position adjustment to a fixed piece and which is capable of eliminating a fluctuation (shift) in the adjustment position of the adjustment piece even when an external force such as an impact force is applied to the adjustment piece after position adjustment, a door latch receiving unit, and a hinge, the last two of which have such a position adjustment mechanism.SOLUTION: A main shaft portion 31b of an eccentric disk cam 31 rotates within a circular hole 21 of a slide box 20 and a disk portion 31a that is integral with the main shaft portion 31b, which makes a contact (contact point P1) with a first wall surface 11a, rotates in an eccentric manner. The disk portion 31a of the eccentric disk cam 31 contacts with an opening portion 32a of a cam follower 32 at two circumferential direction positions (contact points P2, P3) and a sliding portion 32b slides along a second wall surface 11b. The slide box 20 moves in a liner manner together with the main shaft portion 31b along an adjustment direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】位置調整後の調整片を固定片に固定するためのねじ等による固定手段を要せず、かつ位置調整後の調整片に衝撃力等の外力が作用しても調整片の調整位置の変動(ずれ)をなくすことのできる位置調整機構と、そのような位置調整機構を有するドアラッチ受け具及び蝶番を提供する。【解決手段】偏心円板カム31の主軸部31bがスライドボックス20の円形孔21内で回転し、主軸部31bと一体の円板部31aが第一の壁面11aと接触(接点P1)し偏心回転する。偏心円板カム31の円板部31aとカムフォロア32の開口部32aとが周方向2か所で接触(接点P2,P3)し、摺動部32bが第二の壁面11bに沿って摺動する。スライドボックス20が主軸部31bとともに調整方向に沿って直線的に移動する。【選択図】図9
