PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress inclination of a push button.SOLUTION: A push button 20 is provided with a restricting portion 20B which, when a handle body 30 is rotated to a predetermined position, comes in contact with an end portion 42A of a wall portion 42 and restricts rotation of the handle body 30 moving beyond the predetermined position, and which, when the push button is in pushed-down condition, is positioned in an inner side in the radial direction of the wall portion 42 and permits rotation of the handle body 30 moving beyond the predetermined position. A lock mechanism comprises a supporting member 43 which, when the handle body 30 is in a rotating position beyond the predetermined position, supports the restricting portion 20B from the inner side in the radial direction with the restricting portion 20B interposed between itself and the wall portion 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
