FIRE-RESISTANT SLEEVE AND FIREPROOF MEASURE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution for preventing displacement of a sleeve body in an axial direction and a radial direction at an inner side and an outer side of a joint portion.SOLUTION: A fire-resistant sleeve includes a sleeve body inserted into an open hole, and a fire-proof joint filler charged in a clearance between the open hole and the sleeve body. The sleeve body has a cylindrical portion elastically deformably bent to a radial direction of the sleeve main body, a joint portion having an inner side and an outer side formed on a set of opposed sides of the cylindrical portion and overlapped to each other movably in a circumferential direction of the sleeve body, a through hole formed in a circumferential direction of the sleeve body on one of the inner side and the outer side, and an insertion portion projected toward the through hole from the other of the inner side and the outer side. The insertion portion has a width dimension in an axial direction of the sleeve body, determined approximately same as an opening width of the through hole, and has a curved face radially overlapped to the circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion in a state of inserting the insertion portion to the through hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】接合部の内側辺及び外側辺におけるスリーブ本体の軸方向及び径方向への位置ズレを防止する構成を提供する。【解決手段】貫通孔に挿入されるスリーブ本体と、貫通孔及びスリーブ本体の隙間に充填される耐火性の目地材と、を備え、スリーブ本体は、スリーブ本体の径方向へ弾性変形可能に屈曲形成される筒状部と、筒状部の相対する一組の辺に形成されて相互がスリーブ本体の周方向へ移動自在に重なり合う内側辺及び外側辺を有する接合部と、内側辺又は外側辺のいずれか一方にスリーブ本体の周方向へ形成される通孔と、内側辺又は外側辺の他方から通孔へ向け突出形成される挿入部と、を有し、挿入部は、スリーブ本体の軸方向への幅寸法が通孔の開口幅と略同じに設定され、挿入部が通孔に挿通された状態で筒状部の周面と径方向へ重なり合う曲面を有する。【選択図】図1
