PUSHING MEMBER SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF STRUT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strut device with excellent operability for a floor material supporting device, a temporary support, a bracing rod or the like, which support floor materials such as sleepers and joists and floor boards and the like.SOLUTION: In a strut device to which a pressing member 3 is attached to a tip of a screw shaft 2 screwed into a screw hole provided in a base portion, the tip of the screw shaft 2 is integrally formed with a rotation operation square shaft part 15, a pedestal part 16 provided with a spherical surface part 16a projecting concentrically with an axial center of the screw shaft 2, and a projecting shaft part 17 for caulking projecting from a top of the spherical surface part 16a; in the pressing member 3, a spherical recessed part 19 is formed at the center of the bottom plate part of a recessed part 18 to be supported so as to be brought into contact with the spherical surface part 16a of the pedestal part 16 and be relatively swingably and movably around the center of the spherical surface part 16a; a caulking part 17a for preventing slipping-off is formed at the tip of a projecting shaft part 17 for caulking inserted into a through-hole 20 provided at the center of the spherical recessed part 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】大引や根太などの床下地材やフロアボードなどを支持する床材支持装置や仮設用サポート、或いは突っ張り棒などの、操作性に優れた突っ張り装置を提供する。【解決手段】基台部に設けられた貫通ネジ孔に螺嵌する螺軸(2)の先端に押し付け部材(3)が取り付けられた突っ張り装置において、螺軸2の先端には、回転操作用角軸部15、螺軸2の軸心と同心状に突出する球面部16aを備えた台座部16、及び球面部16aの頂部から突出するカシメ用突出軸部17が一体に形成され、押し付け部材3には、被支持用凹窪部18の底板部中央に、台座部16の球面部16aに当接して当該球面部16aの中心の周りに相対揺動運動自在な球面状凹部19が形成され、この球面状凹部19の中央に設けられた貫通孔20に挿通させたカシメ用突出軸部17の先端に抜け止め用カシメ部17aを形成した構成。【選択図】図4
