PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof tile that is a roof tile similar to J-shaped or S-shaped roof tile and making overlapping surfaces adjacent left and right parallel each other for reducing leakage of rain.SOLUTION: A roof tile comprises an insertion part, a trough part, and a batten crest part each consisting of one or more planes. The overlapping surfaces of the insertion part and the batten crest part are parallel to each other during construction. At a tile tail, the batten crest projects toward the trough part side and the projecting part of one tile is smoothly continuous with the insertion part of a left adjacent tile in a row above the tile. The batten crest part of the tile in the row above the first tile closely covers that part. A maximum of four tiles overlap in a portion that overlaps the adjacent tile in transverse direction during construction and overlaps the adjacent tile also in longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】雨漏りの可能性を低くするために、Ｊ形瓦又はＳ形瓦類似の瓦であって左右に隣り合う瓦の重なり合う面同士が平行である瓦を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】それぞれ1つ又は複数の平面で構成される差し込み部と谷部と桟山部とからなり、施工時に差し込み部と桟山部の重なり合う面同士が平行であって、瓦尻において、桟山が谷部側にせり出しており、１つの瓦のせり出した部分が、その瓦の上の行の左隣の瓦の差し込み部と滑らかに連続し、その部分を最初の瓦の上の行の瓦の桟山部がぴったり覆い、施工時に横方向で隣の瓦と重なり、かつ、縦方向でも隣の瓦と重なる部分では最大４枚の瓦が重なる、構成とした。【選択図】図１
