PLASTER, PLASTER PANEL, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster with which a light-weight plaster panel having high strength and toughness is obtained, and to provide a light-weight plaster panel having high strength and toughness and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A plaster according to this invention comprises lime, fine aggregate, and kneading water as the main components. The lime is quick lime and/or hydrated lime, the fine aggregate comprises sand and bamboo chips crushed in fibrous state, the weight ratio of the bamboo chips to the lime is 40-80%, the weight ratio of the bamboo chips to the sand is 10-30%, the kneading water is an aqueous solution of a high Ca ion content, the Ca ion concentration of the aqueous solution of a high Ca ion content is 2-20 g/L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】軽量で高い強度及び靱性を有する漆喰パネルを得ることのできる漆喰、軽量で高い強度及び靱性を有する漆喰パネル及び漆喰パネルの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】石灰と細骨材と混練水とを主成分とする漆喰であり、前記石灰が生石灰及び/又は消石灰であり、前記細骨材が砂及び繊維状に粉砕された竹チップであり、前記竹チップの前記石灰に対する重量割合が40〜80%、前記竹チップの前記砂に対する重量割合が10〜30%であり、前記混練水が高Caイオン含有水溶液であり、前記高Caイオン含有水溶液に含まれるCaイオン濃度が2〜20g/Lである。【選択図】図5
