PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic structure excellent in adhesion between a substrate and a coating layer, and to provide a reflector member.SOLUTION: A ceramic structure has: a substrate 3 consisting of an aluminium oxide-based ceramic or an aluminium nitride-based ceramic; and a coating layer 4 positioned while brought at least partially into contact with the substrate 3. The coating layer 4 comprises 60 mass% or more of silicon oxide with regard to 100 mass% of the total component consisting of the coating layer 4, barium and potassium. In the coating layer 4, when a portion closer to the substrate 3 is a first region 4a, and a portion farther away from the substrate 3 than the first region 4a is a second region 4b, the first region 4a has a portion that contains a larger amount of barium and potassium than the second region 4b.
