FALL PREVENTION METAL FIXTURE AND OUTER WALL PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall prevention metal fixture which can prevent a fall of a decoration panel from a substrate panel while improving the processability and thinning of the decoration panel.SOLUTION: A fall prevention metal fixture 30 comprises: a decoration-side metal fixture 31 having a locked part which is locked to a decoration panel 20 in a state of being inserted into a hole 24, and an attachment part to which a substrate metal fixture 32 locked to a substrate panel 10 can be attached; and a substrate-side metal fixture 32 having an attached part attached to the attachment part, and an insertion part 37 which is permitted in insertion into an insertion hole 15 of the substrate panel 10 and regulated in come-off from the insertion hole 15. The locked part has a first shape which is regulated in insertion into the hole 24 facing a direction orthogonal to a rear surface 23 of the decoration panel 20, and is elastically deformable from the first shape to a second shape which is permitted in insertion into the hole 24 facing the direction orthogonal to the rear surface 23 of the decoration panel 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】化粧パネルの加工性の向上及び薄型化を図りつつ、下地パネルからの化粧パネルの脱落を防止することが可能な脱落防止金具を提供する。【解決手段】脱落防止金具30は、孔24に挿入された状態において化粧パネル20に係止される被係止部と、下地パネル10に係止される下地側金具32を取り付け可能な取り付け部と、を有する化粧側金具31と、取り付け部に取り付けられる被取り付け部と、下地パネル10の挿入孔15に対する挿入が許容されると共に、挿入孔15からの抜けが規制される挿入部37と、を有する下地側金具32と、を備えている。被係止部は、化粧パネル20の裏面23と直交する方向に向けた孔24への挿入が規制される第1形状を有すると共に、第1形状から、化粧パネル20の裏面23と直交する方向に向けた孔24への挿入が許容される第2形状へ弾性変形可能である。【選択図】図2
