ANTISEISMIC REINFORCEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiseismic reinforcement method capable of increasing the stiffness and yield-strength of the wall body by blocking the openings properly, even in the case in which the work is restricted to the work from one side of front or back of the wall body, as well as making the term of the antiseismic reinforcement construction short.SOLUTION: The antiseismic reinforcement method to increase the stiffness and yield strength of a wall body W by blocking an opening A of the wall body W provided in a building comprises an anchor member installation process to install anchor member 10 to the peripheral portion of the opening A in an installation object wall surface tw of the wall body W, and a lid member fixing process to block the opening A with a lid member 20 by fixing the lid member 20 made of steel to the peripheral portion of the opening A in the installation object wall surface tw with the anchor member 10 installed in the anchor member installation process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】耐震補強工事の短工期化を図ることができるとともに、壁体の表裏の一方側からのみの作業に制限される場合でも、開口部を適切に閉塞して壁体の剛性及び耐力を増加させることを可能とする耐震補強方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物に備えられた壁体Wの開口部Aを閉塞して壁体Wの剛性及び耐力を増加させる耐震補強方法であって、壁体Wの設置対象壁面twにおける開口部Aの周囲部分にアンカー部材10を設置するアンカー部材設置工程と、アンカー部材設置工程で設置したアンカー部材10により設置対象壁面twの開口部Aの周囲部分に鋼材製の蓋部材20を固定して開口部Aを蓋部材20で閉塞する蓋部材固定工程を備える。【選択図】図3
