ANTIFOULING DRAIN STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain structure in which water is hard to infiltrate between a water receiving body such as a bowl of a washstand and the like and a drain connection member such as a drain flange, and as a result generation of a malodor, darkening and the like resulting from water scale, garbage and the like deposited in a clearance is effectively prevented, in a structure connecting the water receiving body with a drain pipe via the drain connection member.SOLUTION: A drain connection member such as a drain flange which contacts a drain port of a water receiving body composed of thermosetting resin or pottery is formed of thermoplastic resin containing polymer oil. The polymer oil is eluted into a fine clearance between the drain port and the drain connection member, to prevent water from entering, and generation of a malodor, darkening and the like resulting from water scale, garbage and the like deposited in the clearance is effectively prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 排水フランジなどの排水接続部材を介して、洗面台などのボウルのような受け水体と排水管とを接続する構造において、受け水体と排水接続部材との間に水が浸入し難く、その結果、隙間に堆積した水垢やゴミなどを原因とする悪臭や黒ずみなどの発生が有効に防止された排水構造の提供。【解決手段】 熱硬化性樹脂または陶器により構成された受け水体の排水口に接触する排水管フランジなどの排水接続部材を、ポリマーオイルを含んでなる熱可塑性樹脂により形成する。排水口と排水接続部材との間の微細な隙間にポリマーオイルが溶出して水の浸入を防ぎ、隙間に堆積した水垢やゴミなどを原因とする悪臭や黒ずみなどの発生が有効に防止される。【選択図】図２
