PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the prior art which requires electricity and cannot function, for example, during a power outage, thus being unable to make air of a temperature lower than an outside air temperature flow into a room without using electricity.SOLUTION: A plurality of air circulation containers including a large-diameter inflow port and a small-diameter outlet are provided on a mounting frame to be mounted on a window frame or a screen door frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
