METALLIC ROOF MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND ROOFING STRUCTURE AND ROOFING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic roof material capable of improving wind pressure resistance performance.SOLUTION: A metallic roof material 1 is arranged side by side together with other metallic roof materials on a roof substrate. The metallic roof material 1 has a box-shaped front base material 10 including a metal plate made of a steel plate, a rear base material 11 arranged at the rear side of the front base material 10 so as to close an opening of the front base material 10, and a core material 12 made of resin foam filled up between the front base material 10 and the rear base material 11. The front base material 10 includes a side wall part continuing in a circumferential direction. Vickers hardness in whole of the side wall part is enhanced from 1.4 times to 1.6 times than that of the metal plate by work-hardening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】耐風圧性能を向上させることができる金属屋根材を提供する。【解決手段】金属屋根材1は、屋根下地の上に他の金属屋根材とともに並べて配置される。金属屋根材1は、鋼板からなる金属板を素材とする箱形の表基材10と、表基材10の開口を塞ぐように表基材10の裏側に配置された裏基材11と、表基材10と裏基材11との間に充填された発泡樹脂からなる芯材12とを有している。表基材10は、周方向に連続する側壁部を有している。側壁部の全体は、加工硬化により金属板よりもビッカース硬さが1.4〜1.6倍に高められている。【選択図】図2
