ENVIRONMENT-CONSCIOUS CONCRETE COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete composition which is environment-conscious concrete having extremely small carbon emissions, improved in initial strength development, suppressed Abusanden phenomenon, and improved in neutralization resistance.SOLUTION: The present invention includes an environmental-conscious concrete composition in which: (1) a content of a stimulant is 10 parts or less with respect to 100 parts of a binder composed of a blast furnace slag fine powder and the stimulant, and a blast furnace slow-cooled slag aggregate is blended in part or all of a fine aggregate and/or a coarse aggregate; (2) a stimulant is composed of one or more than two selected from Portland cement, quick lime, calcium hydroxide, and expansive additive; (3) carbon emission per unit is 20 kg C/mor less; (4) a mixture material is composed of one or more than two selected from limestone fine powder, fly ash, and silica fume; and (5) a unit amount of slow-cooled slag fine aggregate is 100 kg/mor more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】炭素排出量が極めて小さい環境配慮型コンクリートであって、初期強度発現性が改善され、アブサンデン現象が抑制され、中性化抵抗性を向上させたコンクリート組成物の提供。【解決手段】(1)高炉スラグ微粉末と刺激材からなる結合材100部中、刺激材が10部以下であり、細骨材及び/又は粗骨材の一部又は全部に高炉徐冷スラグ骨材を配合。(2)刺激材が、ポルトランドセメント、生石灰、水酸化カルシウム、膨張材、から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であり、(3)炭素排出量原単位が20kgC/m3以下であり、(4)混合材として、石灰石微粉末、フライアッシュ、シリカフュームから選ばれる1種又は2種以上を配合する該環境配慮型コンクリート組成物。徐冷スラグ細骨材の単位量が100kg/m3以上である環境配慮型コンクリート組成物。【選択図】なし
