PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit of a vehicle back door which can quickly close back doors of a vehicle that comprises a first door and a second door.SOLUTION: A back door 12 has double door structure which comprises an upper door 20 and a lower door 30, and has structure that a meeting portion 12A where the upper door 20 and the lower door 30 meets in a state of closing overlaps so as to become a mode that the upper door 20 is located at the back side compared with the lower door 30. A vehicle 10 has a position sensor 16 which detects a movement position of the upper door 20, and a position sensor 17 which detects a movement position of the lower door 30. When the back door 12 performs closing drive, an electron control unit 18 executes simultaneous driving control which executes closing drive of the upper door 20 and closing drive of the lower door 30 simultaneously, and performs waiting control which makes the upper door 20 wait temporarily so that the lower door 30 precedes compared with the upper door 20 in a way of closing drive of the upper door 20 depending on the simultaneous driving control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】第1扉および第2扉からなる車両のバックドアを速やかに閉じることのできる車両バックドアの制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】バックドア12は、上扉20と下扉30とからなる両開き構造であり、且つ閉じた状態での上扉20と下扉30との召し合わせ部12Aが下扉30よりも上扉20が後方側に配置される態様でオーバーラップする構造である。車両10は、上扉20の移動位置を検出する位置センサ16と、下扉30の移動位置を検出する位置センサ17とを有する。電子制御装置18は、バックドア12を閉じ駆動する場合に、上扉20の閉じ駆動と下扉30の閉じ駆動とを同時に実行する同時駆動制御を実行するとともに、同時駆動制御による上扉20の閉じ駆動の途中において下扉30が上扉20よりも先行するように上扉20を一時的に待機させる待機制御を実行する。【選択図】図3
