METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SPHERICAL SLIDING BEARING, SPHERICAL SLIDING BEARING WITH FIXING JIG, AND FIXING JIG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a spherical sliding bearing, a spherical sliding bearing with a fixing jig, and a fixing jig capable of precisely positioning an upper bearing part and a lower bearing part and excellent in workability.SOLUTION: A method for constructing a spherical sliding bearing 1 having an upper bearing part 11, a lower bearing part 12, and a slider provided between the upper bearing part 11 and the lower bearing part 12 includes: a first step of attaching a fixing jig 2 for regulating the relative displacement between the upper bearing part 11 and the lower bearing part 12 to the upper bearing part 11 and the lower bearing part 12; a second step of fixing the upper structure and the lower structure respectively to the upper bearing part 11 and the lower bearing part 12 after the first step; and a third step of removing the fixing jig 2 from at least one of the upper bearing part 11 and the lower bearing part 12 after the second step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
