SLAT AND SHUTTER DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device and a slat which have improved airtightness, soundproofing and waterproof properties even in a state in which a slat is suspended when a shutter is closed.SOLUTION: A first conjugating portion 22 and a second conjugating portion 23 extend inward from upper and lower end portions of a slat body 21, respectively. The second conjugating portion 23 is configured to include a bending portion 42 curved so as to hold, at the inner portion thereof, the first conjugating portion 22 of another slat and an engaging end portion 43 that is obtained by bending an end portion of the bending portion 42 in the opposite direction along which the bending portion 42 is curved. In addition, an engagement receiving portion 34 is formed in the first conjugating portion 22 by a rising portion 32 and an abutment portion 33 and acts as a fulcrum of another slat when a distal end portion 44 of the engaging end portion 43 of another slat is engaged. Further, a surface of the abutment portion 33 and a surface of the engaging end portion 43 are formed substantially in parallel with each other and the surface of the abutment portion 33 and the surface of the engaging end portion 43 are in face contact with each other, which improve, in a state in which a plurality of slats 11 are suspended, airtightness, soundproofing, and waterproofness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】シャッターを閉めた際にスラットが吊り下げられた状態でも気密性、防音性、防水性を向上させたシャッター装置及びスラットを提供する。【解決手段】スラット本体21の上端部より内側へ第1抱合部22が、下端部より内側へ第2抱合部23が、それぞれ延在している。第2抱合部23は、内部で他のスラットの第1抱合部22を抱合するように湾曲した湾曲部42と、その湾曲部42の端部を湾曲部42の湾曲方向とは逆の方向に屈曲させた係合端部43を設けている。また第1抱合部22には、立ち上がり部32と当接部33により係合受部34が形成されており、他のスラットの係合端部43の先端部44が係合して回動の支点となる。また、当接部33の面と係合端部43の面が略平行に形成されており、複数のスラット11が垂下された状態で当接部33の面と係合端部43の面が面接触し、気密性、防音性、防水性を向上させる。【選択図】図1
