RE-DRILLING METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND RE-DRILLING JIG FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To re-drill in overlapping relation with an already drilled hole.SOLUTION: A first hole 10 is drilled in a concrete structure C in a first drilling step. In a re-drilling jig insertion step, a re-drilling jig 1A having an abutting portion 2 in contact with an inner peripheral surface 11 of the first hole 10 and a supporting portion 3 supporting a side surface 33 of a drilling tool 30 is inserted into the first hole 10 drilled in the first drilling step. In a second drilling step, while supporting the side surface 33 of the drilling tool 30 by the supporting portion 3 of the re-drilling jig 1A inserted into the first hole 10 in the re-drilling jig insertion step, an inner peripheral surface 21 of a second hole 20 newly re-drilled on the inner peripheral surface 11 of the first hole 10 overlaps with the first hole 10 so as to intersect, and the second hole 20 is drilled by the drilling tool 30. Escape of the drilling tool 30 to the already drilled first hole 10 is prevented by the re-drilling jig 1A supporting the side surface 33 of the drilling tool 30 by the supporting portion 3. 【課題】既に削孔した孔に重複して再削孔する。【解決手段】第1削孔工程によりコンクリート構造物Cに第1孔10が削孔される。再削孔用治具挿入工程により、第1削孔工程により削孔された第1孔10に、第1孔10の内周面11に当接する当接部2と、削孔用工具30の側面33を支持する支持部3とを有する再削孔用治具1Aが挿入される。第2削孔工程により、再削孔用治具挿入工程により第1孔10に挿入された再削孔用治具1Aの支持部3によって削孔用工具30の側面33を支持しつつ、第1孔10の内周面11に新たに再削孔する第2孔20の内周面21が交差するように第1孔10に重複して第2孔20が削孔用工具30により再削孔される。削孔用工具30が既に削孔した第1孔10に逃げることは、支持部3により削孔用工具30の側面33を支持する再削孔用治具1Aによって防がれる。これにより、既に削孔した孔に重複して再削孔することができる。【選択図】図2
