PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling panel capable of forming a ceiling which prevents water from being accumulated thereon and prevents the water from becoming water droplets and falling, and to provide a ceiling which prevents water from being accumulated thereon and prevents the water from becoming water droplets and falling.SOLUTION: A plurality of ceiling panels 1 having first side edges A on one end in a width direction and second side edges B in an opposite side to the first side edge A are aligned in the width direction to form a ceiling; the first side edge A of the ceiling panel 1 is provided with a lower side projection piece 112 which is brought into contact with a lower surface of the side of the second side edge B of the adjacent ceiling panel 1 when the plurality of ceiling panels 1 are aligned and extends to a length direction of the ceiling panel 1; a lower surface of the lower projection piece 112 is used as a part of the lower surface of the ceiling panel 1; and a lower surface of the ceiling panel 1 is formed with a hydrophilic coating film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
