DOUBLE RUSTPROOFING PC STEEL STRANDED WIRE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide PC steel stranded wire formed double rustproofing layer to keep rustproofing so that it can be used safely even if the verification of paint film surface state is difficult at the application in a job site.SOLUTION: Double rustproofing PC steel stranded wire consists from one core wire 1a and six lines of side wire 1b. A synthetic resin paint film as a first rustproofing layer 10 is formed on the peripheral surface of each wire respectively with a state that the core wire 1a and the side wire 1b are relieved once. Synthetic resin is filled as a second rustproofing layer 13 in cavities between the re-stranded core wire 1a and side wire 1b, and synthetic resin paint film is formed on the peripheral surface of the PC steel stranded wire as the second rustproofing layer 13. In the PC steel stranded wire, the first rustproofing layer 10 and the second rustproofing layer 13 is formed without associating integrally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】工事現場での施工時において塗膜表面状況の確認が困難な場合でも、安心して使用できるようにし、防錆性能が欠落しないように二重防錆層を形成したＰＣ鋼より線の提供。【解決手段】二重防錆されたＰＣ鋼より線は、１本の心線１ａと６本の側線１ｂからなり、心線１ａと側線１ｂとが一旦より戻された状態で各線の外周面にそれぞれ一次防錆層１０として合成樹脂塗膜が形成される。更に、再より合わされる状態での心線１ａと側線１ｂとの空隙に二次防錆層１３として合成樹脂が充填されると共に、ＰＣ鋼より線の外周面に二次防錆層１３として合成樹脂塗膜が形成される。一次防錆層１０と二次防錆層１３とは一体的に結合させずに形成できる、ＰＣ鋼より線。【選択図】図５
