COUPLER AND CASTING METHOD OF COUPLER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler capable of easily and firmly joining a leading side reinforcing bar and a splicing side reinforcing bar, and a casting method thereof.SOLUTION: A coupler 1 connects and fixes respective end parts of a leading side reinforcing bar 2 and a splicing side reinforcing bar 3. A coupler main body 11 is formed with an insertion hole 12 formed from a splicing side end face 1a toward the leading side, and capable of being inserted with the splicing side reinforcing bar 3. Further, on the leading side of the coupler main body 11, an intermediate member 13 is fixed so that a connecting end part 13a protruding from a leading side end face 1b is frictionally welded to an end face of the leading side reinforcing member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】先行側鉄筋及び打継側鉄筋を簡便且つ強固に接合可能なカプラー及びその鋳造方法を提供する。【解決手段】カプラー1は、先行側鉄筋2及び打継側鉄筋3の端部同士を接続固定する。カプラー本体11には、打継側端面1aから先行側に向かって形成され、打継側鉄筋3を挿入可能な挿通孔12が形成されている。また、カプラー本体11の先行側には、先行側端面1bから突設した接続端部13aが先行側鉄筋2の端面に摩擦圧接される中間部材13が固着されている。【選択図】図1
