PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner member for an interchangeable soundproofing panel.SOLUTION: A corner member 40 for a soundproofing panel is installed on the corner parts of a frame material disposed on the upper part, lower part, and both side parts of a rectangular soundproofing panel body 50, being detachably attached to the frame material. The frame material comprises: a first material disposed on either the upper part or bottom part of the soundproofing panel body 50 and extended in a first direction; and a second material disposed on one of both sides of the soundproofing panel body 50 and extended in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; and includes a first insertion part 46A inserted in a first insertion hole 31 formed on the first material and extended in the first direction, and a second insertion part 46B inserted in a second insertion hole formed on the second material and extended in the second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
