HIGH-PRESSURE SPRAY NOZZLE AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE MOUNTED THEREWITH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure spray nozzle and a ground improvement device mounted therewith capable of spraying hardener liquid to a long distance from a high-pressure nozzle.SOLUTION: Cement milk is finely laminarized as velocity distribution of the divided cement milk in each of spaces is uniformalized through destroying a turbulent flow of the cement milk by finely dividing the cement milk with a flow channel dividing section 31x of an end inner diameter section 28x of a nozzle body 24x. Thus, a cutting performance by the cement milk sprayed from a tip of the nozzle body 24x is improved to allow the cement milk to be sprayed to a longer distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】高圧噴射ノズルから硬化材液を遠距離まで噴射することができる高圧噴射ノズル装置およびそれが装着された地盤改良装置を提供する。【解決手段】セメントミルクがノズル本体部24xの後端内径部28xの流路分割部31xにより細かく分断されることにより、セメントミルクの乱流状態が崩され、セメントミルクは分割されたそれぞれの空間で流速分布が均一化されながらより細かく層流化される。これにより、ノズル本体部24x先端から噴射されるセメントミルクの切削能力がより増大し、セメントミルクをより遠距離まで噴射させることができる。【選択図】図12
