CONCRETE MEMBER REINFORCING METHOD AND LID MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a concrete member reinforcing method and a lid member used for the method capable of densely filling a reinforcing member insertion hole with a filler even in a case where a shear reinforcing member is disposed in a state where a concrete member is penetrated.SOLUTION: A concrete member reinforcing method comprising: a drilling step of forming a reinforcing member insertion hole 4 penetrating an existing concrete member 1; a shielding step of shielding a back side hole opening 42 of the reinforcing member insertion hole 4 with a first lid member 5; a filling step of passing a shear reinforcing member 2 through the reinforcing member insertion hole 4 and filling the reinforcing member insertion hole 4 with a filler 6; a lid removing step of removing the first lid member 5; and a thickening step of forming a thickened concrete portion on a front surface 11 and a back surface 12 of the existing concrete member 1. The thickened concrete portion is formed in a state involving a base end portion or a tip end portion of the shear reinforcing member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】コンクリート部材を貫通させた状態でせん断補強部材を配設する場合であっても、充填材を補強部材挿入孔内に密実に充填することを可能としたコンクリート部材補強方法およびこれに使用する蓋材を提案する。【解決手段】既設コンクリート部材1を貫通する補強部材挿入孔4を形成する削孔工程と、補強部材挿入孔4の背面側孔口42を第一蓋材5により遮蔽する遮蔽工程と、補強部材挿入孔4にせん断補強部材2を貫通させるとともに補強部材挿入孔4に充填材6を充填する充填工程と、第一蓋材5を撤去する蓋材撤去工程と、既設コンクリート部材1の前面11および背面12に増厚コンクリート部を形成する増厚工程とを備えるコンクリート部材補強方法であって、せん断補強部材2の基端部または先端部を巻き込んだ状態で増厚コンクリート部を形成する。【選択図】図4
