PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle unit and a sanitary washing device capable of suppressing contact between a tube and a cylinder.SOLUTION: A nozzle unit includes a base, a nozzle head provided on the base and having a water discharge port, a cylinder provided on the base and capable of housing at least a part of the nozzle head, and a drive part for sliding the nozzle head and the cylinder on the base through a driving member. The nozzle head includes a first guide part for preventing contact between a tube connected to the nozzle head with the cylinder, while the cylinder includes a first slide resisting part, and the base includes a second slide resisting part. The first slide resisting part and the second slide resisting part come in contact with each other in a range of sliding of the cylinder on the base, and generates resisting force against sliding of the cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
