COLUMN-BEAM FRAME USING HOLLOW PRECAST CONCRETE COLUMN AND BUILDING STRUCTURE PROVIDED WITH THE COLUMN-BEAM FRAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-beam frame using a hollow precast concrete column and a building structure provided with the column-beam frame, capable of performing reliable stress transmission between a beam and a hollow reinforced concrete column.SOLUTION: A column beam frame 1 using a hollow precast concrete column 3 is provided in which: a column 3 and a beam are joined by a column-beam joining member 4 provided in a column head part 3a of the column 3; the column 3 is a hollow precast concrete column 3 having an inner space 3c extending in the vertical direction and having upper and lower ends opened; the column-beam joining member 4 includes a solid reinforced concrete main body 15 and a beam joining joint portion 16 extending horizontally through the main body 15 and projecting outward from the main body 15; the main body 15 is provided with a lower concrete portion 15a having a thickness equal to or more than a predetermined value at a place lower than a lower surface 16e of the joint portion 16; and a lower surface 15c of the lower concrete portion 15a is connected to the column 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】梁と中空鉄筋コンクリート柱間の確実な応力伝達が可能な、中空のプレキャストコンクリート柱を用いた柱梁架構及び該柱梁架構を備えた建築構造物を提供する。【解決手段】柱3と梁が、前記柱3の柱頭部3aに設けられた柱梁接合部材4によって接合された、柱梁架構1であって、前記柱3は、上下方向に延在して上端及び下端が開口する内部空間3cを有する、中空のプレキャストコンクリート柱3であり、前記柱梁接合部材4は、中実の鉄筋コンクリート製の本体15と、該本体15を水平方向に貫通して前記本体15の外方に突出する、梁接合用の継手部16を備え、前記本体15は、前記継手部16の下面16eより下方に、所定の値以上の厚さの下部コンクリート部15aを備えており、該下部コンクリート部15aの下面15cが前記柱3に接続されている、中空のプレキャストコンクリート柱3を用いた柱梁架構1を提供する。【選択図】図5
