PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation mixing apparatus which is adaptable to both of gravel ground including gravel and highly viscous cohesive soil, and in which a clod sticking to a rotary shaft and an agitation blade and rotating together with the rotary shaft and the agitation blade can be inexpensively and surely removed.SOLUTION: An agitation mixing apparatus 10 is provided that comprises: an excavation head 13 which is fitted to the tip of a rotary shaft 12 and excavates ground 8; agitation blades 14-16 which are fitted to the rotary shaft 12 and agitate and mix excavated soil 9 and a solidification material S injected into the soil 9; and a corotation prevention plate 17 which is rotatably fitted to the rotary shaft 12 and prevents corotation of the excavated soil 9 and the agitation blades 14-16. In the agitation mixing apparatus 10, a clod shaving plate 20 for shaving the clod sticking to the rotary shaft 12 and the agitation blades 14-16 and rotating together with the rotary shaft 12 and the agitation blades 14-16 is detachably fitted to the corotation prevention plate 17, the clod shaving plate 20 is formed to have plate thickness that enables the clod shaving plate 20 to be deformed by abutting against an obstacle such as gravel in the excavated soil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】礫を含んだ礫地盤と粘性の強い粘性土のどちらの地盤にも対応でき、かつ、回転軸及び攪拌翼に付着して供回りする土塊を低コストで確実に取り除くことができる攪拌混合装置を提供する。【解決手段】回転軸12の先端に取り付けられ、地盤8を掘削する掘削ヘッド13と、回転軸12に取り付けられ、掘削された土壌9と土壌9内に注入された固化材Sとを攪拌混合する攪拌翼14〜16と、回転軸12に対して回転自在に取り付けられ、掘削された土壌9と攪拌翼14〜16との供回りを防止する供回り防止板17と、を備えた攪拌混合装置10において、供回り防止板17に、回転軸12と攪拌翼14〜16に付着して供回りする土塊を削る土塊削り板20を着脱自在に取り付け、この土塊削り板20を、掘削された土壌中の礫等の障害物に当たることで変形する板厚に形成した。【選択図】図1
