PILE HEAD JOINT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head joint structure which effectively reinforces a joint of a head of a foundation pile and base concrete even with a reinforcement bar having screw threads, can enhance its versatility even with a reinforcement bar formed of a high strength material, improves bar arrangement workability of a pile head by reduction in the number of reinforcement bars, and can be inexpensively constructed.SOLUTION: A pile head joint structure 40 includes a plurality of joint members 42 which are joined at certain intervals from each other on an outer peripheral surface 44b of a pile head 44a. The joint member 42 protrudes outward from the outer peripheral surface 44b of the pile head 44a in a diameter direction, and has an upper plate part 42a and a lower plate part 42b which are disposed facing each other at certain intervals in a direction parallel to an axial direction of the pile head 44a. The upper plate 42a has a through path for allowing a reinforcement rod 46 to pass therethrough formed in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the pile head 44a, and the lower end of the reinforcement rod 46 is fixed to the lower plate 42b. The lower plate 42b has a female screw hole formed parallel to the axial direction of the pile head 44a, and a male screw part formed on the lower end of the reinforcement bar 46 is screw-fastened to the female screw hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ネジ加工された補強鉄筋でも基礎杭の頭部と基礎コンクリートの接合部を効果的に補強し、高強度材料の補強鉄筋でもその汎用性を高めることができ、補強鉄筋を減らして杭頭部の配筋施工性を向上させ、安価に施工することができる杭頭接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】杭頭接合構造40において、杭頭部44aの外周面44bに互いに間隔をあけて接合される複数の接合部材42を備え、接合部材42は、杭頭部44aの外周面44bから径方向外側に突出し、杭頭部44aの軸方向と平行に間隔を空けて互いに対向して配置された上板部42aと下板部42bを有し、上板部42aには、杭頭部44aの軸方向と平行方向に補強鉄筋46が挿通する通路が形成され、下板部42bには補強鉄筋46の下端部が固定され、下板部42bには、杭頭部44aの軸方向と平行にメネジ孔が形成され、補強鉄筋46の下端部に形成されたオネジ部がメネジ孔にネジ締結される。【選択図】図1
