PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking repairing material short in combustion time, excellent in compatibility with pitch, and moreover using a flow auxiliary causing no sublimation.SOLUTION: In a baking repairing material that contains 5 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less of pitch and 1 mass% or more and 20 mass% or less of a flow auxiliary for 100 mass% of a fireproof material, a mixture is used as the flow auxiliary which is formed by mixing the pitch and the flow auxiliary in a ratio of 2:1 and melting in a heated state at 120°C and forms one layer without separating from the pitch, and vaporizes 100% at a heating-up speed of 10°C/min at the temperature of the softening point of the pitch or higher and 300°C or less and has no sublimating property.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】燃焼時間が短く、かつ、ピッチとの相溶性に優れ、さらには昇華性のない流動助剤を使用した焼付け補修材を提供する。【解決手段】耐火材料１００質量％に対して、ピッチを５質量％以上４０質量％以下、流動助剤を１質量％以上２０質量％以下含む焼付け補修材において、前記流動助剤として、前記ピッチと当該流動助剤とを２：１の割合で混和し１２０℃で加温した状態で溶融させた際に前記ピッチと分離せず１つの層になり、かつ、昇温速度１０℃／分において前記ピッチの軟化点以上３００℃以下で１００％揮発し、さらに昇華性がないものを使用する。【選択図】なし
