QUALITY CONTROL METHOD OF SOIL, AND QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM OF SOIL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control method of soil and a quality monitoring system thereof capable of performing an evaluation on compacted soil in real time using a saturation degree control during construction in order to solve a problem in a prior art.SOLUTION: A quality control method of soil according to the present invention is to control quality of compacted soil by performing a model construction and an actual construction. In the model construction, a conversion formula, showing a relation between an acceleration response value and a saturation degree (or test dry density), is provided based on a water content ratio in a test, a test acceleration response value, and a test saturation degree. Further, in the actual construction, the method comprises: obtaining a saturation degree at a site using a water content ratio at the site and an acceleration response value measured at the site and the conversion formula; and comparing the saturation degree at the site with an evaluation reference range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解決することであり、すなわち施工中リアルタイムに締固め土に対して飽和度管理による評価を行うことができる、土の品質管理方法とそのモニタリングシステムを提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明の土の品質管理方法は、モデル施工と本施工を行うことで締固め土の品質を管理する方法である。モデル施工では、試験含水比と試験加速度応答値と試験飽和度に基づいて加速度応答値と飽和度(又は試験乾燥密度)の関係を示す飽和度換算式を設定する。また本施工では、現地含水比と現地で計測した加速度応答値と飽和度換算式を用いて現地飽和度を求め、現地飽和度と評価基準範囲を比較する。【選択図】図5
