PIPING STRUCTURE, BUILDING AND PIPING INSTALLATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure, a building and a piping installation method which can meet an energy-saving standards for a next generation at low cost.SOLUTION: A piping structure 7 comprises: a sheath pipe 5 installed so as to communicate a horizontal surface portion 3 in a foundation 2 of a building 1 positioned in an indoor side with a part 4a buried underground, of a vertical surface portion 4 positioned in an outdoor side; and an inner pipe 6 passed between the indoor and the outdoor using the sheath pipe. A heat insulation layer 11 is provided so as to cover at least a part near the outside of the horizontal surface portion of the foundation. The heat insulation layer is composed of a heat insulation material 13 arranged so as to surround the periphery of the sheath pipe and the inner pipe. The heat insulation material is formed of resin foam not containing plasticizer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低コストで次世代の省エネルギー基準を満たすことが可能な配管構造、建物、および配管設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物1の基礎2における屋内側に位置している横面部3と屋外側に位置している縦面部4の地中に埋設される部分4aとの間を連通するように設置されている鞘管5と、鞘管を用いて建物の屋内外間に通されている内管6と、を備えている配管構造7において、基礎の横面部の少なくとも屋外寄りの部分を覆うように断熱層11が設けられており、断熱層は、鞘管および内管の廻りを取り囲むように配された断熱材13で構成され、断熱材は、可塑剤を含まない樹脂発泡体で形成されている。【選択図】図1
