PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent storage efficiency of storage shelves from being reduced and to improve an entering/leaving performance.SOLUTION: A mechanical parking system comprises: storage shelves on which vehicles are stored; double-row type storage shelf groups 12 and 13 in which each of the storage shelves includes a front shelf and a deep shelf; a carriage 5 for carrying a vehicle along the double-row type storage shelf groups 12 and 13; and first entering sub conveyors 30A1, second entering sub conveyors 30A2, first leaving sub conveyors 30B1 and second leaving sub conveyors 30B2 which are provided at least either on an entering path for carrying an entering vehicle into the carriage 5 or on a leaving path for carrying a leaving vehicle out of the carriage 5, and used for loading control during vehicle loading.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
